I offer a safe, welcoming, accepting space to people of all backgrounds and an approach that is individually tailored to your needs, goals and priorities, for individuals, families, couples and groups. I offer flexible location arrangements London wide to maximize the effectiveness of our work together according to your identified needs; including therapy rooms, home & workplace, community settings, public transport and nature. Working in nature can be particularly helpful as it provides an easy access point for developing a sense of groundedness, integration, inner space and refreshment. This in turn, is a very effective platform from which to resolve or overcome challenging or painful issues.

Working with a spirit of deep appreciation for the richness of life, ceremony in nature can be created to assist you in healing past hurt, releasing your potential; making a challenging transition and truly moving forwards.

Ceremonies in nature can help you access the power of conscious intention and to energise, mark or remember any life event.

The ceremony is intuitively designed and supportively co-created, either one to one or with couples, families, friendships and community groups. The ceremony can be either carefully structured, very spontaneous - or a creative interweaving of both elements. A rite of passage or ceremonial journey (either an inner or outer journey) could take place over the course of a day, a weekend... or as richly condensed as an hour.

Ceremony in nature offers a beautiful opportunity to honour your journey of life, with its joys, losses and new beginnings. It opens up new possibilities for a richer sense of connectedness in your relationship with yourself; those you love; your community and the awesome gifts of the natural world.
